Terrible staff!!! Insensitive, unprofessional, ignorant, lazy people working in that office! They provide false information, they take guesses at answers for very serious questions, they don?t properly prepare their patients for procedures. Dr. Robinson REFUSES to communicate with patients (no phone calls, no email) unless they schedule official appointments and speak to her in-person because that?s the only way she can profit from them -- so you?re left to deal with her incompetent staff who don?t seem to know ANYTHING and can?t help you at all! She?d rather make a buck and send frustrated people away to other doctors than establish trusting, lifetime patients. If you value your time, your health and your sanity, DON?T BECOME A PATIENT OF DR. MING HELENE ROBINSON!!!
