I could've eaten the gumbo with a fork it was so thick. Gumbo is soup, not pudding. The roux was not dark enough. I travel S. Louisiana frequently, so I know good gumbo. Pros: Good shrimp slaw. Cons: Terrible gumbo, undecooked popcorn shrimp. more
