The customer service is awful. They were out of the item I went in for (apple gadget) and then when I bought something else and asked to have it wrapped, it took more than half an hour. There was only one person wrapping and about five other emplovees standing around doing nothing. They are very rude and they seem to pay more attention to their dogs (yes, the owners have their dogs in the store every day) than to their customers. I hate going in there but sometimes I do because I live close to downtown and it is easy.
