After reading the previously listed reviews I am schocked that anyone would rate Animal Motel at anything less than five stars. When boarding there I have always experienced exceptional customer service from the moment I walked in the door. I am confident that the staff has taken great care of my dog, who always runs into the Motel as though he has missed an old friend!! Also I was allowed to view the kennel area when I asked, with no question. I think if more people wrote reviews the number of satified customers would highly outway the few unsatisfied people, as most of my friends and some family also use Animal Motel and are just as Happy as I am. Thank you for you wonderful care of my pet!!
