Very professional and great service..though you pay for it all on the markup. I had purchased an 1800.00 engagement ring one year prior engagement fell apart so I decided to take it back. (Also had it checked every 6 months). I was offered 600.00 for the ring. Then offered 10 days to buy it back. When I called back to see if I could get a couple days extension. I was told "we're not a pawn shop and it will be melted down on the 11th day". So much for compasion and friendly service. I had purchased lots of items during that year. For this reason I would not recommend this place and will not return.
