The actual moving team was lovely but their office manager, Tim is atrocious at best. Completely lacks any customer service skills and if you have a problem (which I did) he borders on completely unresponsive. It has taken me over 60 days to resolve 2 relatively small problems and they still aren't resolved. I have had to consistently follow up and still am waiting on resolution. And to boot, Tim hung up on me today. Hope for the best if they move you, because if you have a problem, it is a battle to resolve it thanks to their office manager!
