I'm a local & regular customer at Downtown Harley (DHD) and I'll give 'em good ratings compared to a lot of other HD dealers around the country.
If you're a new- or used- bike shopper, they always have a good inventory. Knowledgeable sales people too.
If you're a service customer, they're fair with their prices and timeframes. And they pick up and deliver your bike (if local) too... free.
If you're an HD motorclothes, parts, or an aftermarket parts & accessories shopper, they're pretty-well stocked in those areas too. And there's always an ""on sale table"".
Bottom line, buying/servicing/shopping at HD dealers isn't cheap. But you get the real thing. Downtown HD delivers as good of an experience as any dealer in the NW USA. And with the in-house coffee stand, weekend BBQs, summertime tattoo shop, and next-door metric mega-dealer, you really don't need to go anywhere else.
