Just yesterday, I was asking for a quote to pop-out a coin box lock for a coin-operated dryer and he said $60.00 and to replace the box will be probably $100 to $200. I ask for a firmer $ number because basically, if you agree with that kind of quote, it is like an open checkbook and thay can charge you at $195 or to the max because you already agreed with the quote. I asked if he can work to pop it out for $60 and give me a quote once he sees the unit and he said ""no"". He said ""tell me what you want now so I know what to bring tomorrow"".
