I received a phone call while waiting in line at the Multnomah Village bakery this morning and was rudely passed over for service when my time came. When my turn should have come, I was ready to pay attention to what needed to be done to facilitate the transaction, but was chided, like a school child, and refused service until I hung up. This was not only rude and unnecessary, it was embarrassing and negative. I think I'll just take my business elsewhere thanks.
