I have been to many many nail salons and never in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service, this was my first and last vist. I was getting acrylic nails done and told the woman as soon as I sat down that I wanted them very very thin and natural looking (as I have requested at every other salon and have never had a problem). As she started on my nails, she put WAY too much glue so the tips were not sticking to my nail...not only that but she glued almost every nail to my skin and made me bleed from seperating them. Even as she was putting the acrylic on my nails I told her to make it thinner then what she was making them...she disregarded what I wanted as a customer and did what she wanted. After she applied the acrylic and was filing my nails...I told her a THIRD time to please make them thinner, again she disregarded my request. When she was done, I looked at my nails and was horrified at what I saw. My nails looked horrible, thick, and uneven....half of them were still severly stuck to my skin....I ended up having to do my own nails in the salon!! I'm thinking ""Why am I paying her when I have to do them myself?"" She continued to argue with me and locked me in the salon when I told her I would not pay for them until she fixed them and did them the way I wanted them done....after all I was a paying customer and I would like my nails done the way I like them to look, not they way she wants them to look. Even after I instructed her THREE seperate times on how I wanted them done. She continued to insult me and said that I probably do ""this"" (refusing to pay for unsatisfatory service) everywhere I go, in which I have NEVER done at ANY salon EVER! I was livid and will never go back there and suggest that no one else does.
