After buying one of their packages worth almost $25,000 you'd think they'd respond to a complaint of a problem even if it was after the warranty. They quote you a $75 fee to send someone to check out if it is a problem with their installation, their product, or something the homeowner is doing wrong! Then they don't call you after you call them four times in three months...They are always checking with someone else...they have a guy to send out for inspections, for repairs, for parts...etc., they only see him on Wednesday, they do their scheduling on Sunday night, they'll call you on Tuesday and you sit and wonder why you bought from them....
