I recommend The Clean Sweep without reservation.
I'm a bit picky about how my house is done, I have indoor cats, etc. and not every team will be a good fit for me, but I have found The Clean Sweep to be really helpful in matching me with a trustworthy, reliable team that will be responsive to my needs. Laura, Margaret and Maryann are always pleasant and helpful on the phone - even when I'm picky they don't seem to find me a pain in the neck!
