Okay, it all started the night we had snow. Living on the East side it was impossible to make the show. I called in and requested a refund and was told there were no refunds. Since this was an act of God situation I thought that was very rude and not at all in the interest of their business. I sent an e-mail to John, the owner, saying I didn't think it was a good policy to expect client's to risk their lives trying to get there inspite of travel advisories to the contrary. He wrote back saying he didn't understand where I was coming from but that he would agree to a refund. Now, Here's the thing. His assistant, Rachael, was trying to send him a message about me and accidentally sent it to me, as well. In that e-mail she referred to me as a Bitch and said the only refund she would give me would be in a gift certificate (so not a refund at all, really). Way to go Jazz Alley !! Just what I was saying. You don't value your clients at all. As I told John, even if you don't agree with someone, to resort to name calling...really? Rachael is obviously a real winner to have sent me this e-mail where-in she refers to me as a bitch. Hard to believe a so called professional organization could do something so sloppy.
Wouldn't do business with them ever again. Draw your own conclusions.
