Is one star the minimum? I want to give negative 1000. The Helsing Group's staff doesn't know anything about follow-up. They talk over the phone and completely forget what they've promised over the phone. They are costly but w/ NO efficiency. Not responsive at all. I would never bought the unit if I know the community has such a poor HOA. TOTALLY agree w/ other 1-star reviews. This company should definitely be replaced!!!!!!!!
