My Basset Hound Gaby has been going to Portage Park Animal Hospital and seeing Dr. Olsen since she was a puppy. She has received all of her shots there, been spade with Dr. Olsen, and been treated for multiple ear infections due to her breed as well. We have been treated, and more importantly Gaby has been treated, with nothing but kindness and the utmost care, love, and respect. When Gaby needed a referral to a specialist for surgery we were referred out to a surgeon that could perform the procedure that produced the best results. Our dog is one of our children and when multiple appointments has been needed, Dr. Olsen has made sure not to charge us for the return appointment, as it was a "check up." She, and the practice in general, is not concerned with making money but the health of our pet. We will never go to another vet they are the best. They have proven time and again they love our dog as much as we do.
