I want to be clear about something. I have been frequenting professional salon's ever since I could afford
to pay for my hair to be done. Never in my life have I witnessed such unprofessional-ism in a salon. As I was a customer, I not only was dissatisfied with the color AND cut- as I vocalized that to the OWNER JESSICA -she simply stated: ""Oh, give it a couple days, you will like it.""
Which I never did and shouldn't of walked out of there without vocalizing my distaste. Not to mention, as I was sitting in the chair, I had to over-hear her talking about other employees, negatively. Which surprised me, being the owner and all. She obviously has no integrity or talent. If this had been an isolated event, I wouldn't bother doing a review, but other customers have said that they experienced similar situations. Good luck.
