Sure they expanded and moved the place to a bigger more chic location BUT the service and employees are the same, rude and arrogant. Long should invest in etiquette classes for the employees here. And also, have them go back to beauty school.\r

My last experience here was the WORST. Called ahead for an appointment, the girl told me to go in at 3 that they were slow. I get there at 2:45 and the place is packed with no where to park or sit inside. Once I get there the receptionist tells me I have to wait 10 minutes. I waited 45 minutes!!!! When she finally got me on a chair and Phoenix came over I explained what I wanted, and when she was done I got the OPPOSITE. I asked for highlites AND lowlites, when she got done my hair was completely blonde. When she saw my face and how disgusted I was she said, go home and after a few washes come back and see if we can darken it. WHAT, seriously?!?!??! I wouldn't have to go back if she had done it RIGHT the first time.\r

Additionally, the girls who dry your hair have no clue whatsoever how to dry and set hair! NONE at all. One girl had 2 blow dryers going on while another girl had a 3rd dryer, by the time they were done my hair was frizzy and all over the place, they drenched my hair in serum and then offered to flat iron it, WHAT?! add insult to injury.\r

Long, seriously is hiring girls with no experience whatsoever and the stylists pretty much do what they please instead of what the CUSTOMER asks and pays for.\r
