Let’s see… where I should start… I have been going to bang salon for over 3 years now and only now have finally become fed up with the lack of customer service. First off their hours are not accommodating to anyone who has a real job or works longer then a 4 hours day. Nor do they make any exceptions to help try to find a time that works, even with loyal and long time paying clients such as myself. The front desk service is Horrible!!! The girls are extremely rude and hold an incredibly pretentious attitude… “Remember darlings… we pay you to do our hair”. The parking is ridiculous... there never is any… so if you can’t find a parking please don’t forget to call in to tell them cause if you are late the stylist will just walk out and cancel your appointment. In addition the stylists are average, so don’t pay for average work with horrible service. Let me just close with this finally statement… Costumer service is everything and word of mouth is even more… I would never recommend this salon to anyone I know.
