I had the same experience as garyrand. They couldn't have been nicer when it came to selling me their services. It all changed after the first check came from the insurance company. Metro took 25%, which is fine I agreed to that, BUT there were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. When I called them to discuss it was like I had a disease. No return phone calls, no return emails, no return voice mails, no returned texts. I even sent a certified letter that was signed for but they never called me back. Don't say you weren't warned. This company is not to be trusted.
