This was the worst experience I've had over the last year while remodeling our whole house. We went to Splash for a simple sink and faucet combo, possibly more if we liked what we saw. Instead we met with 2 months worth of poor customer service , non-returned phone calls and staff that had no idea what they were talking about. To be fair, the supply part of the business (Nicklaus Supply) was great, but Splash was horrible. Including the receptionist who had no idea where their store was located. I would rather build my own kitchen from scratch than return to Splash.
