The California avocados made this sandwich, one crispy sourdough. Egg cooked just right- fried with a bit of runny yolk still! And their homemade salsa was very good.
My in laws got the huervos Mexican which was big enough to share and include homemade tortillas. My wife had the Benedict, which had great hollandaise sauce. She commented it was one of the best sauces she's ever had in an eggs bene, which is quite a compliment from a woman who has eggs bene any chance she can get.
