DEFINITELY FRAUD!! After reading other reviews posted, I have confirmed my suspicion of FRAUD. I parked at 550 Farmington Ave and was towed. The back parking lot was empty and I didn't even notice the towing sign as it was dark out. They towed my vehicle to their Berlin lot and charged me $209 because I had all wheel drive and it cost extra for a dolly so that my transmission wasn't ruined. I asked how can they know where I was to tow my truck and they said that there are cameras located in the parking lot, I was gone a little over an hour 1/2. Its probably them manning these cameras, this is ridiculous and how can they get away with it? I'm calling the Policy tomorrow to file a complaint even if they don't do anything!!
