I can't believe the kind of customer service I just received on the phone trying to make reservation for a future 50th birthday party... I literally got cursed out by a woman who doesn't know me... I hope she is not the owner and if she is not, I feel sorry for the owner.. People are trying to book this place for venues and they're running into a complete idiot on the other line...I will be calling the City Hall and file a formal complaint because of course they do have a license (?) and I have a right to a descent coversation (?)... If you run into this problem... EXERCISE YOUR RIGHTS--CALL CITY HALL AND FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT....
