I went to Spillar for the first and last time last week. The sales and service staff are the most unprofessional I have ever encountered. I wonder how they stay in business. Its a husband & wife combo that run the business. The gentlemen is always gone to lunch and the wife is of course defensive and unhelpful with out the boss in. Yet your trailer just sits until they are good and ready to tell you they cannot fix it bc there is no weld shop. Waste of time, money, and energy. Unfortunately the greater Austin area is limited in custom trailer and hitch shops, this is definitely not an option.
