I did an internet inquiry to have them call me. They called me two days after I submitted the inquiry and left me a voicemail. I promptly called them back and got their voicemail. I left a message asking them to please call me I was interested in their services. No response. Two days later I called and got voicemail again. Left Message. No response. I called again the next day. No response or call back. After almost giving up, I called again. This time someone answered. She was semi rude during our conversation and told me there was no way Id get a walk thru till maybe the week after the holidays. She offered a same day walk thru at 5pm that evening. I reluctantly accepted a 5pm appointment with someone to assess my house. I explained I had training that day but would be there and was given the guys cell phone number in case I was running a few minutes late. I rushed home and left work early to make sure I was ready for the walk thru. 5:00 came an went and no one showed. By 5:30 I called and left message. No one called me to cancel or explain. I called and left another message telling them thank you and that I'd seek other services. Ridiculous. They wasted my time and effort. Get it together because bad mouthed advertising isn't good and I've all ready convinced others to look elsewhere.
