5 star for product, 1 star for service
So when I called to make an appointment I was told that I would have a makeover and MAKEUP LESSON with Ashley.
When I got there she was with another client so another girl started me out by cleaning and moisturizing my face. She was high energy, very friendly and I could tell that she was passionate about makeup. This is what I expected from Ashley but boy was I wrong.
When i sat down in Ashley's chair it was very obvious that she didn't want to be there. I had to prompt her to try different things on me like " Can I try a mascara" or " how about some eyeliner". When I called to make the appointment I was under the impression that i would get to try different products to figure out what works for me and I was gonna get tips and advice. I didn't get any tips,advice or product info. All I got was a miserable unhappy makeup artist.
