Excellent: staff is always very helpfu and kind to my family and myself. I moved to Austintown a year ago from pittsburgh,lost and confused I stopped in the shop and asked for directions . Coming from the burgh! I expected rude peeps to ignore me and brush me off. Instead everyone in there was very helpful. Since then I have been going there weekly . I am always pleased when leaving the shop! I do recommend people to bring their business to Austintown pawn.
