I have been going to Pet Essentials for a very long time. I always bathe my dog and buy here treats. I went into the store and asked if it was half price still on Wed. He was very rude and said I had to have a coupon. That was fine, I didn't care to pay full price. He was so hateful so I told him I didn't like the way he was talking to me. He told me to leave the store, that he didn't want my business. I still wanted to bathe my dog, but he refused to let me and said if I did not leave, he would call the police. The police came. He told the police I could come back after I appologized to HIM???!! I couldn't believe it. I will NEVER go to there again and from what I have read, there are plenty of others that feel the same way.
