I've taken the TRX class at Nimble and absolutely love it. I'm a Personal Trainer so my schedule does not always permit me to attend regularly but whenever I have a break, I make it a rule to go. Terrell is an awesome instructor and the atmosphere at Nimble is very warm and inviting.I already own a TRX and feel pretty confident using it on my own and with clients but there's nothing like just being in a class and having someone else run the show. After class, I feel like I can lift a building!
