I took in a Euro-Pro Shark sewing maching becausing of a timing problem after breaking the needle on a thick section of the fabric. The needle wouldn't pick up the thread from the bobbin after putting in a new needle. I took the machine in to Southern Sewing on a Friday and got it back the following Wednesday. I haven't had any problems since, so they do good repair work - for a good price ($32). Was well worth the trip because I don't think I could have fixed the timing on my own. Staff was very friendly and polite as well. Would definitley use them again.
