I have walked by Glow for a couple of years................recently I have had severe ""hair challenges"" and researched Redken salons in Portland. Glow is one of them. I stopped in and Courtney came to the front desk and did a consultation with me on the spot. I made an appointment for color and cut and am very pleased. Courtney helped color over a bad bleach job and we are getting me back to normal colors for me. But what I was more concerned about was the dry and brittle condition of my hair - something I had never experienced before (Hint: Don't go to an Aveda salon - their color products are extremely harsh)......Courtney used a clear gloss treatment on my hair and it was softer immediately. I have since had another hair trim to clip away the still damaged ends, and a gloss treatment. I am beginning to believe there is hope for my hair and I truly thank Courtney for her help, suggestions and work on my hair so far.
