One of the worst experiences ever! I brought pictures of the chunky highlights i wanted, after my hair was already processed she told me she did something else because she thought it would look better, well it looked like hell. She also used 60 volume bleach, which was completely not needed, but she wanted to proccess my hair fast so she can get to the next client. Well my hair broke of weeks later. I was booked back to back and she did not even finish my hair because there was another lady waiting for 15min, i ended up going home with wet hair.
NEVER AGAIN!!!
