I have dealt with them for 6 years, and have found them to be extremely trustworthy honest and knowledgeable I would recommend them to all ! they have repaired everything from my high end (wolf sub zero etc.) appliances to the whirlpool washer . always have found they were very reasonable, and honest in their charges, after repairing several different unrelated problems on my whirlpool washer over a couple of years they said that this model was very problematic and it has reached the point when most of these die, they gave me an almost new washer free of charge saying that i was likely to continue having issues with mine and it was not worth spending any more money on it. their repairs stay fixed, they do what they say, and I have never not had a call back when promised. I sought out their advice when building my new kitchen as to what was reliable etc. and they were very very helpful. what more can I say these guys are Great! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
