Recently I purchased a new VW Jetta. Like a lot of people, the thought of dealing with a dealership and a sales person made me not even want to purchase a car but it was something I needed to do. I was referred to Maryanne Randall at the Dick Hannah VW auto mall location. I cant even begin to tell you how fast, easy, and not to mention incredible our experience was. Maryanne was Wonderful to work with!!!! It was the most easiest transaction I have ever experienced from start to finish. Maryanne not only took the time with my husband and I to make sure that this transaction ran smooth but she took the time to explain in detail all about our new vehicle, financing, etc. Not only will we be returning customers to her but I strongly recommend anybody looking for a vehicle to contact her and experience what my husband and I did. You wont regret it!!! She is amazing and definately provides 125% customer service which you dont seem to find a lot of these days.
