Vanessa took my horribly damaged, poorly colored hair and made it look natural, healthy and shiny again. She did a wonderful job correcting the color from a dark, unnatural color to a lighter color that you wouldn't believe isn't my ""natural"" color. She knows the importance of a good shampoo and condition (and can tell you the correct way to apply them) and how a stylist's shampoo/conditioning technique affects the haircut. Vanessa spends a lot of time on my hair, not only with the shampoo, but also getting the cut right. She is a great stylist if you have difficult (thick/thin) or damaged hair that requires patience and perfection when cutting it. She is an expert when it comes to color correction and highlighting too.
