I personal think that Michael's a good place to shop for anything craft related, but as far as their staff and customer service it lacks a great deal. You would think in this day and age that every person you came in contact with would praise the ground that you walked on. The money I spend at their store pays their bills!!! I personally work in customer service and think this is very important in my job to smile even when you want to scream and remember that in this economy that we all live in right now I am so very thankful to even have a job. I will not give another cent to the company of Michael's and will gladly take my well earned money somewhere else that will smile at me when I enter there store and thank me when I leave and most definitely not act as if they are doing me a favor. My main point is MICHAELS SUCKS!!!!!!
