The staff really knows where items are and is willing to out of the way to take you right to the spot. One day I had to ask Jan 3 times to help me find something because I was in such a rush...and admittedly scattered with my sister in the hospital. It was no problem for Jan. Today I called the pharmacy to ask if it had Theragesic. The tech said he was happy to look, and came back and told me it was on the shelf, and even gave me the price. The cashiers are nice, too. If you don't have your CVS card, they are happy to look up your account number without glaring at you!
Pros: Staff will always go out of its way, esp Jan!
