It's mainly the service location that I have a problem with. For some reason this location is particularly bad compared to others in the chain. Other Porsche/Audi service locations will give you a loaner with no problem, these guys just won't.\r

It's a nice enough experience until you actually need something fixed. I will never understand why they'll drop you off when you leave your car, but they can't pick you up.\r

If you are looking for a new car, do not get a car that is destined to be serviced by Beverly Hills Porsche Audi. I'm not kidding, it's a good enough reason to buy a different brand.
