I am not sure what these other people are talking about. We had a great time! The girl gave us a bottled water since we had to wait about ten minutes. They were VERY busy. We had help getting in and out of the canoe, and the girl was nice when we checked out. The guy that drove told us about a waterfall which was cool. We had about a 15 minute wait to be picked up because there were so many people.\r

I would definately use them again and have recommended them to friends already.
Pros: friendly, knowledgeable, new canoes
Cons: they are very busy
