Most of the people, workers and management, only speak english as their second language. They are very hard to understand with their heavy spanish accents. I wonder too if they were brought up to have manners, they constantly speak spanish right at the counter, most of the time I am unsure about what they are saying. I was brought up in a German household, but we were taught to speak English when out of the house or in a proffessional situation or enviornment. When you have a problem with your order, which unfortunately is often, the spanish speakers ignore you if you are white, I have had Hector Ramirez, one of the asst. managers, be inconsistent on pricing and call me a stupid gringo.
Pros: good biscuits
Cons: Mistakes in orders, inconsistent pricing, rude management
