Emma is hands down the best in the country for eyebrows and she does not charge ridiculous fees or take a long time. I recently moved out of state and I'm seriously considering flying back to Philly just to get my eyebrows done by Emma before my wedding. She transforms people in minutes! In other cities around the country, people take way too long and they don't make my eyebrows look half as good.
