Oh. My. God. I have been to a lot of salons over the years, and I have never seen anything like this. The place is filthy. Cigarette butts, hair everywhere, just disgusting. The girl that did my hair was texting on her cell phone, and even answered it. I couldn't believe it. I had highlights and a cut. While the bleach was on my hair processing, she decides she is gonna step outside for a few smokes. Well because of her carelessness, the bleach bled and I had a huge spot on the back of my head. I honestly could have done it better myself. Furthermore, I am no prude but the stylists were using words so profane that even I was blushing. They obviously don't care about their clients or their business, their attitude is that they are doing you a huge favor by doing your hair, not the other way around. Absolutely unprofessional, disgusting, and vulger. It seems to be all about shock value, they don't want to be thought of as the stuck up salon. Well I have been to ""snobby"" salons before, and have been treated far better! What a joke. I would rather have a root canal than go back to this salon..if you would even call it that!
