I hired Ron Carrol and his assistant after seeing his impressive array of award wining photos in the office. Do Not be fooled, those drew me in but they are not typical. I had my engagement pictures taken and they were very bad. Both myself and my fiance looked pale,and washed out. The poses looked more like family poses rather than a couple poses. I convinced myself to order one of the pictures to use in the newspaper. After ordering them, I was never contacted again. After 3 months of waiting I began contacting them. I emailed him multiple times and called, but received nothing. Finally I got ahold of him by phone and was told that they were experiencing email difficulties. When I asked about my pictures he said he wasn't sure if they were done or not. I complained that I should have been called when they were ready and he informed me that he thought he had called me. Funny, he can't remember if the pictures were developed or not but he was sure he called me. I cancelled my contract immediately and am now looking for someone who is an actual professional rather than someone who makes excuses for not contacting their clients. There is no reason one photo should take that long to develop and there is no reason why they should have not contacted me.
