My previous stylist is no longer there, so I tried Christina. My hair is dark blond & I highlight it. It had gotten a bit too light, so I wanted to darken it up a little. My hair was dark chocolate with lots of red! After 5 hours, it was still too dark, but they were closing & I had enough. I went back a week later because my hair was still too red & dark. She tried to fix it, but after a few shampoos the red has come through. I honestly think I could have done a better job with a box of dye from the drug store!
