All the positive reviews posted here are false but everything negative posted here is the God honest truth. Don't get sucked into the fantastic discounts and deals. That's just bate, then switch. Facial are rushed and don't include massage. Extractions are more simulated and therapists jump from room to room, client to client. Very unsanitary. Customer satisfaction is not her priority. I don't know how this business stays in business.
