We used Loomcraft many years ago with no problems. Lately there has been nothing but. First of all when our carpet was installed there was a flaw in it. It took several weeks for the owner ""Wayne"" to come out and look at it. He forgot the first time, but was very nice the second. Said he would have to order new carpet - which he did. They finally installed it after several delays - and then I noticed that the pad had separated under the new carpet. Today they were supposed to fix that. Well, they did not show , nor call - and I took half of the day off. The people that installed the carpet the first time were in and out so fast - they did not even put the furniture where it was supposed to be and my husband helped out tremendously by breaking down everything and moving it out before they ever got there. Same thing the second time.Customer satisfaction does not seem to matter with Loomcraft anymore. Very frustrating..... I was warned by a friend who had similar problems with her tile floors... I should have listened.
