I have taken various dog there for years without complaint. Recently my dogs received three of the worst grooms I've ever seen. The girl behind the counter was unconcerened and flip. My dog's leg had a gouge from the clippers and the staff did not notify me they did that. Lynette has always been great in the past. I wrote her a letter with my complaints which she ignored as hard as she could. It took the letter and two phone calls before she would discuss this with me. We had a very professional conversation and I thought we worked out an agreement for refund, but she continues to ignore her promise. I feel like the professionalism that is shown to your face is a front, and what happens when you turn your back is the exact opposite. It saddens me. I love to support my local businesses, but I can't support this one any more. Do not take your pets here.
