I live in San Francisco and travel to Atlanta for business frequently. I am very impressed with the growing food scene and the quality of restaurants that I've encountered. I'm one of the lucky people who still have a decent expense account and can pretty much eat where I want. One Atlanta restaurant in particular shines for me - Livingston Restaurant and Bar. The first impression you have when walking into the bar is the grand scale and beautiful architecture that has been restored in contemporary furnishings and decor that enhance the space giving it a warm and contemporary feel. Their inventive drinks list is first rate and I've tried their signature ""Livingston"" cocktail (more than once) and it's wonderful and refreshing.
