My wife and I have lived in a Robin Apartment for over 20 years; we?ve been very happy with our experience for a number of reasons. The rent is quite reasonable for a center city apartment of its size. Any maintenance or repair needs are attended to promptly, by a staff of workmen who are most courteous, capable, and down to earth. Some of the other tenants have also been here a long time; in other cases there has been more frequent turnover (quite a few graduate students recently). Overall, they have been respectful, quiet neighbors, and we have made a few good friends. Finally, the owner/managers of this family business ? father, brother, and son ? are honest, straightforward, and attentive to the tenant?s concerns. They combine the personable and the professional in a way that is rather hard to find.
