Had an older spa that died, Crystal Clear was one of the few listed companies that answered the phone and could get out in a reasonable time frame. The tech made their appointment, located the problem, and provided an estimate for repairs; a week later my spa was hot again! Definitely recommend them for the quality of work, courtesy, and professionalism provided by their office and service staff.
